Is this service really free? Yes, our service is completely free to use. We're compensated through commissions from service providers, similar to how a travel agent works. You never pay extra—we often secure better deals than advertised rates.
Do I have to use specific providers? Absolutely not. We present all available options at your new address and you choose what works best for you. We have no quotas or preferred providers to push.
How much time does this typically save? On average, our clients report saving 4-6 hours, which is the time they would have spent researching providers, comparing plans, waiting on hold, and scheduling installations.
Are you a call center? No. We're a small, local business based in Columbus. When you work with HomeConnect+, you're working directly with Julie, not a random representative reading from a script.
What areas do you service? We service any address in the continental United States. If you are moving across the country, we can help you get connected.

When should I contact HomeConnect+? Ideally, 2-3 weeks before your move, but we can help at any stage of the process—even if you're already in your new home.
What information do I need to provide? Your name, contact details, new address, and move-in date. The more information you share about your preferences and needs, the better we can serve you.
How do I pay for the services I select? You'll provide payment information once and we'll direct it to each service provider through our secure system. HomeConnect+ NEVER stores your payment details or requests sensitive information over the phone.
What if I need to change or cancel services? Simply contact us, and we'll handle any modifications to your services. You are not obligated to keep any service for a specific period (unless the provider has its own terms).
Can you help me transfer existing services? Absolutely! We can help coordinate transfers of existing services to your new address, often finding better deals in the process.
What if I have a problem with installation or service? We're your advocate throughout the entire process. If you encounter any issues with installation or service quality, contact us and we'll work with the provider to resolve them.
Do I need to be home for all installations? It depends on the service. Some installations require your presence, while others can be completed without you there. We'll help coordinate all appointments to minimize disruption to your schedule.
Can you help with services beyond utilities and internet? Yes! Beyond essential services, we can also connect you with movers, cleaning services, lawn care, pest control, and more—all while ensuring you get the best available rates.
