Originally from Pittsburgh, Robert & Julie Jackson relocated to Columbus from Chicago in 2021, at the tail end of Covid. Like many movers during that challenging time, we faced the overwhelming process of researching and connecting all our home services in an unfamiliar city.

Our backgrounds—Robert's 20+ years in hospitality and real estate, plus Julie's expertise in travel and home organization as owner of Atlanta Home Organization—helped us spot a critical gap in the moving experience.

Having moved over 20 times between us, we understand the stress firsthand. We combined our expertise to create what we wished we'd had during our moves—a personal concierge who handles everything in one seamless experience.

As the former owner of Atlanta Home Organization, Julie developed a deep understanding of what clients truly need during transitions. Her background uniquely positions her to anticipate the challenges of setting up a new home and coordinate all the services that make a house feel like home from day one.

Having personally moved over 15 times, Julie understands the stress and complexity of relocating. She handles all the research, comparison, and coordination of utilities and home services so you can focus on other aspects of your move.
